Ultra-marathon runner Dr Kay Bretz's life changed one day when he stood at his front gate and turned right instead of left. It led him to racing 250kms across the Australian outback and he beat the race record by five hours (as you do). In this episode, he talks about his life-changing mantra, his intense passion for running and how the everyday person can train their mind to “take the road less travelled”.
