NCAA President Mark Emmert is stepping down from the job no later than June of 2023. Gary Parrish and Matt Norlander take a look at Emmert's legacy and come to one conclusion: it was pretty bad. The guys also wonder if the job can be salvaged and what that job might look like in 18 months. Where is the NCAA headed?
