Emma Galloway | How Food Affects How You Feel

Falling for You
Falling for You

Over the past 10 years, the way we view food, has changed so much. We have woken up to the realisation that what is in our food and what we put in our mouth directly affects how we feel and impacts our health. We are now looking more at labels, thinking about where and how our food is grown and catering to a rise of intolerances and allergies that are more commonplace within our friends and families. We’re now looking for more gluten free and plant based options and less processed, whole food recipes. And there isn’t anyone better to talk about her own experiences with food and cooking then one of my favourite OG food bloggers and now author of three cook books, Emma Galloway from My Darling Lemon Thyme.

What I love about Emma’s work is not only her beautiful food photography and idyllic lifestyle in Raglan, New Zealand but her recipes and how she writes is very accessible, making cooking easier and healthier, inspiring people to take charge of what they put in their bodies. This chat covers so many interesting topics, but the one thing that stands out for me is Emma’s beautiful connection between the earth, her environment and Maori culture, her food and health, to help benefit us all. I really hope you enjoy this chat.
