Sometimes it can feel like a grey cloud is forever following us, lingering over our heads, and we can’t escape it no matter what you do. Today we are going to take a look at 5 different steps to help identify your feelings, how to stay productive when not feeling our best self, and then moving past the moodiness. But also how stay disciplined through season of change and then be able to apply those steps every time we are thrown off track.
