In today’s conversation, we’ll highlight the ways on how to lead up and take accountability on ourselves as I’ll tackle the common misconceptions and what it actually means to lead up. I’ll also share why we should release the right to hold expectations, to blame those above us, and let them be the reason in order to empower our leadership.
