Ep 174: Leading the Light

We most likely don’t showcase 100% of our unique qualities due to our fears. As a way to deal with those fears, we tend to create compensating strategies to deal with them which are ineffective in the long run. Today’s conversation will focus on leading the light within rather than on the shadow that we see on the surface.

There is indeed more than what meets the eye and we’ll tackle it today as I’ll discuss how our shadows work and why transformational leadership requires us to see the entirety of their being. Tune in as I’ll also share the challenge on why we couldn’t see their light and tend to miss out on their underlying qualities!
