Getting Personal with Daphne Bugler and Isabella Hobbs

with Dr. Emeka Okorocha

This week we have a very special episode as we are joined by the incredible Dr. Emeka Okorocha, an A&E Doctor who has been working on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic in London. Above and beyond his work in the NHS, Dr. Emeka has also developed a major following on TikTok where he posts informative content about healthcare and medicine, works to debunk myths and counter misinformation, and aims to spread positivity (with a few dances thrown in too).

In this episode we talk to Dr. Emeka about his experience working on the frontlines as a doctor throughout the pandemic, the messages he hopes to spread on his platforms, and how TikTok has kept him optimistic and hopeful throughout the last year.

Thank you so much to Dr. Emeka for taking the time to speak to us. You can find him on Instagram @doctor.emeka and on TikTok @doctor.emeka
