We discuss the mysterious concept of Mediumistic Art with professor and art historian Alessandro Keegan. Artists such as William Blake, Hilma af Klint, Georgianna Houghton, Austin Osman Spare, and many others felt they connected with something outside of themselves and couldn't fully take credit for what they created. Do other bits of intelligence influence us? Does inspiration come from a collective, global consciousness that starts a creative movement? Where do these ideas come from if not from within? We have an excellent conversation with Alessandro and also explore his own amazing, otherworldly art and influences.
