Hey Girl! Have you recently been feeling burnt out? Have you been feeling overwhelmed with to-do's and responsibilities, but you don't know how or when to recharge your tank? It can be very difficult to balance pouring out to others and pouring into yourself. When we make time for ourselves, we oftentimes feel guilty. However, when we only give to others, we get burnt out, irritated, and restless. You need to fill up your cup in order to pour out to others.
As many of us know, we need to be motivated to pursue the purpose God has for us. But motivation is fleeting. That is why we need to have a Plan B of discipline when motivation runs out. But discipline is really hard. What I have realized over the years is that you need to have incentives when you’re disciplined. And making time for what matters most to you is the incentive that gives you the strength to be disciplined.
In today's episode, I am sharing three tips to help you make time for what matters most to you so that you can have a steady stream to fill up your cup, as this will help you continue to love God and love others.
I hope you enjoy this week's episode and never forget that Girl, God's always got you!
