This week, we take a sidestep from Glee as we watch the first episode of the 2011 reality TV spinoff show “The Glee Project”, which aimed to find a person that would inspire Ryan Murphy to write a 7-episode arc. We’re introduced to a dozen of aspiring McKinley student, from the instantly iconic Alex and Lindsay, to Matheus, the cute man we love, and Cameron, the cute man we hate. Darren Criss guest judges. Someone performs Sweet Charity. We are instantly in.
