Today I’ve got Mr. Brad Larsen, aka, Mr. Red Meat. He is living in San Antonio and owns Rent Werkx Property Management which manages single-family homes. Brad was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM and obtained a second degree from Morningside College 1998. Brad later earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix. After serving on active duty in the Army Brad left the military as a Captain and moved to San Antonio to pursue his interests in real estate. Brad is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Brad has earned top honors in real estate which include the Platinum Top 50 award for agents in San Antonio.

In this episode we talk about Brad’s conference, which is focused on property managers getting the “red meat” of the industry. This conference will give you actionable items for attendees and is a very intimate, small group environment for a personable exchange with other property managers. We also talk about how to scale your business, changing the way you scale depending on what type of property you manage and how to incentivize your team.

We also chat about how Brad uses his 555 forms, what is the best way to increase revenue in your property management business and how Brad uses his virtual CEO Phil to make positive changes in his company Rent Werx.
