I'm kicking off season two with a weightloss goal. It might seem a little superficial but trust me, this one is empathically connected to self care. I did some soul searching a couple of weeks ago and I realized that my eating habits, and the role of food in my life, were making me feel unhappy. I'm using lockdown to look inwards and I hope it might help or inspire you to do the same in an area of your life
