Hello friends!! After a way-too-long period away, I am back with a brand new series hosted alongside my dear friend Jenny Uebbing of the popular blog, Mama Needs Coffee. We felt led to begin our first series on the topic of AUTHENTIC SELF-CARE to kick off the new year. In episode one, we are encouraging you to make intentional community and vulnerability a priority in 2021. We explore why this is so important and how you might begin to evaluate your own life and struggles in light of the presence or absence of these two necessities.
