In this episode Jenny and I continue to discuss the importance of authentic community within the realm of self-care. We discuss some practical steps that we have taken to cultivate this in our own lives and the impact it has made. We must not minimize the reality that we are made for relationship, REAL relationship, with God and with others. We have entered into a time in our lives and the world where we need to take more active steps to fulfill this need in order to flourish in our lives and hearts again. We are made for community and our mental health and joy crumbles in isolation. We pray this episode inspires to you take action and begin to care for the deeper, often missed, corners of your heart!
