Thriving In The Postpartum - Our INNATE Wisdom with Rachelle Garcia Seliga

'Postpartum care is a necessity, not a luxury', states Rachelle, the creator and founder of the INNATE postpartum care program. Throughout this podcast Rachelle and I discuss the challenges that so many modern mothers are experiencing during the postpartum period.

Rachelle Garcia Seliga has been working in the field of traditional midwifery care for the past 17 years. Her work as a ‘midwife’ embraces the original meaning of this word, which is caretaker of women’s health from ‘womb to tomb.’
‘Innate’ is that which is natural and inherent. ‘Traditions’ are those teachings that are passed down from one generation to the next. Our innate physiological design offers us a map to health and wellness.
