I get to speak with Dr. Kimya who is the owner of the organization 365 Diversity. She is also an Activist Sociologist Criminologist Educator Evaluator I am hoping that like myself, you were able to learn something from this conversation. It's a conversation that I have never had from a Black Woman’s perspective and one that really got me to thinking about my community and how 'strong' we are. It made me more aware of the way we we hide our traumas and how we relate to each other.
