152. Rejecting the stereotypes of St Patricks Day and reclaiming her culture with Irish musician Áine Tyrrell.
Aine Tyrrell is a fierce Irish woman, a musician, a mum, a daughter who is passionate about reclaiming her Irish culture. Her Irish culture which does not include pints of Guiness.
We talk about why she refuses to play gig on St Patricks day and how every time she says no to a drink she is healing her ancestral trauma and creating future healing for her children and their children.
This interview had me covered in goosebumps from start to finish and may have you rethinking some of these national holidays.
