Becoming a leader who's respected in a male dominated workplace has it's challenges. But if you know where to focus your efforts, you will be successful!
The problem is, we find it hard to emulate our role models because they can seem so different to us. Most of our examples of strong leaders have really masculine traits. That works for men, but it can feel pretty icky pretending to be someone totally different to us.
