He takes us back to the beginning of his journey, getting his first job in a barbershop at the young age of 12, to an unfulfilled college experience, & ultimately enrolling in cosmetology school.  Marcus talks about why he chose cosmetology over traditional barer college.  His first experiences working in shops.
