Shit really hit the fan this week. Our mental health is no joke! It's SO important that we all continue to check in with ourselves often. Please know that you cannot fix ANYONE. Right now, I am surrendering. I am focusing on the things I CAN control because at the end of the day I have to do what is best for myself and my children…Sometimes it has to get BAD before it gets better.
