Wielding Your Voice is a mini-series created by In Her Company® to help women live more powerfully for themselves & the greater good of the world around them. In each segment, we will explore what it means to do so by exploring four (4) key areas: Passion, Purpose, Pain, & Responsibility.
In our fifth segment, Michaela Zannou, a New York City based actor, writer and filmmaker originally from Greece, joins us to discuss PASSION. After completing her Master of Fine Arts in Acting in Athens, Michaela moved to New York. Since then, she has appeared in several TV series, commercials, short films, and web series, including the pilot episode "Couples Therapy", a provocative dramedy she wrote about a couples' therapist who treats neurotic couples while simultaneously trying to salvage her own marriage. Michaela's horror screenplay, "THE RETREAT", was a finalist in the Shriekfest Film Festival. An advocate for female empowerment and women supporting women, Michaela is, also, a member of New York’s prestigious Women In Film & Television.
