This week, wellness coach, personal trainer, MMA fighter and podcaster Ashleigh shares her unique story and tells us how sport makes her, her. Despite being sporty from a young age, Ashleigh’s journey with sport, her mind, and her body, has not always run smooth. Whilst being very proud of her fighting and professional achievements, Ashleigh says that predominantly it’s the culmination of events that eventually led to finding self-acceptance which she is most proud of.
