Holly Campbell joins Brad to chat about being selected for the Cross Country World Championship team as she prepares to race this Saturday. Holly recaps her strategy going into the race and how it played out going against some of the biggest names on the running scene. Holly talks about her background growing up with her twin sister Paige, overcoming multiple injuries and finding motivation from coach Jeremy Roff, then going into her typical training week. She talks about her performance goals for the World Cross Championships and her plans for the rest of the year, touching on her current personal bests and interests outside of running.
