Donald Morrison is People & Places Solutions Senior Vice President Europe and Digital Strategies at Jacobs and leads over 8,000 people in the delivery of critical buildings, power, transport, water and environmental projects.

In his 28 years at Jacobs Donald has enjoyed a variety of experiences and successes alongside enthusiastic teams and inspirational leaders. He is passionate about people and strives to develop an environment where everyone can unleash their potential by leveraging the strengths and diversity of individuals and teams to deliver solutions that challenge the norm.

A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Donald believes there could always be a better way and empowers his teams to look at challenges from a different perspective. He endeavors to build inclusive and diverse teams that deliver with integrity and do the right thing for clients, communities and each other.

Bryan Harvey leads Jacobs’ global program management business across the People and Places Solutions business line, which includes some of the most iconic projects globally, with combined infrastructure investment in excess of $200bn.

With nearly three decades of multi sector global experience, in solving some of the world’s greatest challenges, Bryan has unique insight into major infrastructure delivery, funding opportunities and risk management. He is an advocate for future infrastructure delivery models that focus collaborative effort on balancing the needs of society, with the challenges of climate change, urbanization and population growth. His particular interest in sustainable blended infrastructure solutions, is one that he believes offers maximum opportunity to bring together public and private investors.

Bryan’s technical background commenced in the water sector with successful delivery of Irrigation, Hydro Power, Flood Risk Management and water resource projects, before widening into cross sector and transportation solutions. In addition to his Master of Engineering degree from the University of Southampton, Bryan also holds a MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
