This is the penultimate episode of this season. We recorded it weeks ago but we believe this discussion is still pertinent today as we process current events.

We invited two Senegalese-American woman mental health specialists to have a dialogue with us about mental health stigmas, generational trauma and strategies for mental wellness in our community.

Guests:
Bolo Diallo-Young, a nurse practitioner who deals with mental health in her profession.
Maimouna Leye Diop, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

| Intro and Outro Song: "Dunya" by Youssou N'dour |
