Rashad’s turning point in life was in 2018, when he found sobriety and turned his life around. Since then, he’s modeled, acted, and been an inspiration for those looking to get fit as a way of helping them in their recovery journey. Rashad currently works as a Recovery Care Manager in New Britain, CT, where he can instill the wisdom he’s learned and earned on other people in recovery.
