In this week’s episode of Real Talk, I have the great honour and pleasure of speaking with Bossbabe and mum-to-be Keezia. It has been a wild ride following her journey from when she was 21 up until now. She has showcased her ability to transform and evolve to such an extent, I had to reach out and ask if she would be a part of the show as I wanted to understand the HOW behind transformation. It is interesting to observe that there are many parallels between fitness and business and how we both (Keezia and myself) recognise the marketing bullshit that masks where the real work needs to be done in order to get people to where we want to go whether that is with regards to their health and fitness or business. In order to physically transform, it is imperative that a transformation occurs on a mental, emotional and spiritual level too. If you are in business, it simply isn’t enough to have a lead gen, landing page, website, Facebook ads etc if you yourself does not know what it is that you are selling and why you are selling that product or service. We cover and unpack so many interesting topics in this show including identify death - a term I had not previously heard of prior to this recording and something that myself and Keezia can identify with. Sometimes allowing yourself to let go of the ties you previously had with your identity so that a deeper layer of your identity can come through is a painful and powerful part of creating transformation - something that allows you to let go of the “I’m always going to be the large girl in the room” mentality or the “I can’t break through 10K month glass ceiling” hurdle. Learn for yourself how you can transform your life in any direction by tuning in and as always, please leave us a rating and review and be sure to connect with us on the social handles below:
