In books we read that attitude is important in leadership. We need to have a strong emotional intelligence if we're going to be an effective leader. Where books fall short is how to have a positive attitude. Yes there are some tactical instructions; however, changing your attitude or EQ can be extremely difficult. This is why we believe in the "Attitude of Gratitude." This is a practice not a shift. By prating the Attitude of Gratitude you become more grateful (obviously) but also more positive. This is also a key element in the Law of Attraction. We receive what we emit. If we're positive and grateful our employee will be the same.
