This version of myself, present day, King AB, and Listen Sis were both created out of moments of sadness and anger. None of that would have happened had I not gone through what I went through; the heartbreak, the isolation, the depression, all of it. In my lowest moments I wanted revenge for the way I had been treated, but instead of wasting that energy on anger, bitterness or revenge, I channeled it into something positive, every fucking time --- on or off camera. This is the formula.
