Forgiveness is a Self-Love Act (incl Meditation)


This weeks Podcast is a cut out from our daily Sunrise Club.

Forgiving others who hurt us or our loved ones isnโ€™t easy.

Why shall I forgive someone who has hurt me badly? I don't want to forgive the person, the person doesn't deserve to be forgiven!
Yes that might be correct, that person does not deserve to be forgiven, but you deserve to be happy! And as long as you hold onto the blame and accusation YOU are the one who experiences the pain over and over again, NOT the other person!

By forgiving:

๐ŸŒฟ you get your power back instead of making someone else power over your wellbeing & life
๐ŸŒฟ you experience a peaceful heart and therefore you begin to love more
๐ŸŒฟ you leave the past be the past and don't experience they pain from the past over and over again
๐ŸŒฟ drop the heavy bag and and begin to walk through your life in lightness
๐ŸŒฟ you'll find it easier to be more compassionate with yourself and others
