To discuss this topic we are joined by Dr Edwin Trevor-Roberts. Edwin completed a PhD on the topic of career development, immersing himself in research and practice centred on how the world of work is evolving. He now runs a consulting business which assists numerous organisations through transformational change. You may have seen him presenting his TEDx Talk titled Reframing Work, where he challenges the dominant negative narrative about work as something we ‘have’ to do.
