The night has come and it’s time to rest.
Though your body is still, your brain won’t shut off.
It feels as though it’s spinning with tasks left to do, ideas to explore and emotions to process.
So the intention of this meditation is to help you relax your body and soothe your mind, so you can peacefully drift off to sleep.
Before Bed
Write down everything that’s going on in your head right now. Don’t edit. Don’t judge. Just write. When you’re done, take a deep breath.
