Sally Garozzo is a Rapid Transformational Therapist and a Menopause Mindset Coach. She was also the founder of Inspiring Talks Brighton and has been a singing coach since 2000. She is hugely passionate about innovative approaches to health and wellbeing which are rooted in neuroscience. She spoke alongside world-renowned nutritionist Marylin Glenville about how to change your weight by changing your thinking. She has also been featured in The Talented Ladies Club and Coach Magazine. She has first-hand experience with dissolving personal challenges linked to perimenopause such as chronic anxiety, depression, insomnia, weight gain, stress and burnout, and other issues like; degenerative disc disease, relationship issues, money blocks, paralyzing perfectionism, sugar cravings, and co-dependency. It’s her mission to enable women to re-write their childhood conditioning so that they can have a happy menopause transition.
