Boundaries can feel like a selfish thing to have as a mom. Let's be honest, not being constantly available to your kids whenever they might need you seems wrong.
But, at the end of the day, without boundaries, you feel depleted, taken advantage of, taken for granted, or intruded upon. Whether it's in work or in your personal relationships. Leaving you with feelings of mom guilt, resentment, and burnout.
