This is my mental health check in for anyone going thru a hard time right now due to COVID or anything else. I touch on having compassion for yourself, how i've been moving through all these emotions, and just a general Marla rant about whats going on in our country. I share some vulnerabilities about what I've been facing due to another lockdown, and just general anxiety this month.
