Recovery from a relationship with a person within PDA is a complex and layered experience. You spend a vast amount of time, trying to figure out what just happened to you, what they are, and what made you susceptible to it in the first place. At some point, we will need to turn away from that, and begin to focus on yourself. It is only through introspection and self reflection that we can grow and mend and heal and become whole and happy.
