In this episode we’re excited to speak with Dr. Jen Riday who helps burned out, overwhelmed moms get off the hamster wheel and find balance so they can love their lives again. She’s the Founder of Vibrant Happy Women Club, creator of the Vibrant Happy Coach Certification, and host of the Vibrant Happy Women podcast. Jen is also the mom of 6 kids and currently resides outside Madison, Wisconsin.
 
Jen shares with us her tips on how to deal with burnout, locate our motivation, and how to incorporate our much-needed self-care. She teaches us the BE HER technique and how doing it every day can have so many positive benefits!
