Episode 49: Pause and Reflect! An Effective Monthly Review.

One thing I find super helpful is the opportunity to pause and get feedback on my effort; I am doing what I thought I would? I am headed where I need to be? What can improve? What must change? Reviews are common mid year or end of year, but I find monthly reviews more effective, because I have ample space and time to pivot and progress.  Here is my effective monthly review process.
