Poetry 20: silence is golden
Today's poem is brought to you by @musings.and.ink (instagram). This poem reminds me of how important meditation is, especially through tough times like this because of the Coronavirus. It's always good to check on yourself and enjoy some soul time. The world moves fast and I usually get burnt out in some instances. To deal with it and slow things down I begin to meditate. Dig into your thoughts and check on yourself. Your own voice in what matters the most. SILENCE IS GOLDEN.
