How to Stop Being Frustrated with a Partner's Behavior

Pynk Spots
Pynk Spots

Today's question comes from Jasper, who asks about moving beyond frustration with a partner who is otherwise amazing but breaks one boundary that has been explicitly set and talked about. I broaden the question to include behaviors that we just don't prefer (like leaving dirty dishes in the sink), as well as established boundaries (like no flirting in front of me).

I ramble around and hopefully hit on some points to consider, while also trying to caution against essentially gaslighting yourself into accepting boundary-breaking in a relationship.
