Dave Fletcher joins Tim and Luke to discuss in-house sourcing in the public sector. Dave is a Talent Management Consultant with the City of Calgary where he manages the corporate LinkedIn account/brand there. He regularly uses LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative tools to directly source candidates for all types of roles, making his role unique in the public sector.

We start by discussing  Dave's initial interest in the recreation team at the City of Calgary and how he transitioned into HR. We go on to discuss:
