My guest today is the amazing Mary Dove. Mary is the Founder of Lean In NYC, with over 5,000 women in circles across the city. She is also a licensed psychotherapist working with a private practice in Chelsea and also providing psychotherapy at The Juilliard School Counseling Services.

Most recently, Mary has added writer to her bio with her book Change Makers a portrait and story project spotlighting women revolutionizing change.
