Excited to have Dp and Editor Reilly Balcom who I consider the next generation of creators. I had the pleasure of working with Reilly when he edited an episode of a Jordan Clarkson series. It was obvious then how talented the young creator was and I was excited to see his skills grow. Two years later and Reilly continues to build his reel and talents as he started his company Another Visual Banger. This episode is perfect for the creators just starting out and a good reminder of the optimistic creator spirit for some of the more seasoned/jaded professionals.

In 2015 Khary attended the College for Creative Studies to further his interest in photography and started to write and perform spoken word. From 2015 -2019 Khary was the Co-lead of a photography project sponsored by the NJHIA at Princeton University. Khary’s multidisciplinary Arts, and law enforcement background coupled with his early childhood experience allow him to advocate for children of marginalized populations through mentoring, art, and speaking engagements. Khary also has a passion for the Culinary Arts. 09: Andy Bernstein In today's episode, I talk to Andy Bernstein. Legendary Sports photographer who has been covering the NBA on and off the court for 40 years. Along with the MLB, NFL, NHL, and boxing, Andy has been responsible for capturing some of the most iconic moments in sports history. Most notably, Andy has captured the careers of NBA icons Jordan and Kobe from Draft to retirement. Andy Bernstein’s photography has appeared in thousands of newspapers and magazine covers worldwide, as well as major advertising campaigns for over 30 years. Recent commercial projects include featuring some of the world’s top athletes for Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Icy Hot, and GlaxoSmithKline. The unique personal rapport Bernstein has developed with athletes over the years allows him exclusive access to special behind-the-scenes moments, some of which were showcased in the 2010 book he co-authored with legendary Hall of Fame NBA coach Phil Jackson, “Journey to the Ring”, documenting the 2009-10 Lakers championship season. John S Couch is the former Vice President of Product Design for Hulu where he led the successful 2017 redesign of the Hulu Experience. His first job out of college was curating an art show in London of Beat writer William Burroughs’ “Shotgun Paintings” in San Francisco. He launched his design career at Wired Magazine, as he is half Japanese and fluent in the langue, he helped launch Wired Japan. Upon moved to LA, he took leadership roles at The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), CBS and eBay before landing at Hulu. John is also a painter and the author of The Art of Creative Rebellion a book on How to Champion creativity, change culture and save your soul.

In this episode, Amir talks to anonymous street photographer "Suitcase Joe" about his 7-year dedication to documenting the people of Skid Row.
