Green Terra originated in 2019 right before this world pandemic and we will hear how Rebeca Garcia, the owner of Green Terra has managed to grow her business during this crazy time. We will also dive into, what is Vegan Cheese? What is it made from? How do you make it? Where do I buy it? And more!
Rebeca Garcia was born and raised in Valencia, Spain. When she was 21 years old, she moved to Portland, Oregon as an Au Pair, and a couple years later, became an International Student with the goal of studying Education because that is what she studied in Spain. In college, she met her husband Josh, and they moved to Hawaii in 2016. Rebeca worked as an assistant lead teacher in a preschool for almost three years and decided it was time to open her own business, Green Terra at the end of 2019.
