Michael's story started in a time of crisis, in 2008, when he realized that being a mediocre accountant wouldn't cut it. So he embraced web development by picking hourly gigs on CraigsList. Michael told us the story of a coach she worked for and who changed his life. From then on, we went deep into emotions' social and empirical science. We talked about feedback and being ready to listen.
