Meaning: She who is pervaded (“mayi”) with nectar (“sudha”), the treasure house (“nidhe”) of nectar (“sudha”),
She who has a bow (“kodanda”) of sugarcane (“sarekshu”) and flowers (“suma”).
Sahityam: vidhIndranutha vimalE salahau vEdasArE vijayAmbikE
Meaning: She who is worshipped (“nutha”) by the king of fate (“vidhIndra”),
She who is pure (“vimale”) like water (“Salahau”), the essence (“sarE”)of Vedas
