Episode 23: Ego Dissolution Transfiguration into the I AM

In this episode you will learn more about the Ascension and the I AM presence. The ego dissolution will allow you to bring forward the I AM which is the higher consciousness of Oneness, Bliss, and Connection.

Ascension is always a process and there is no end game in the ascension process. So even if you reach enlightenment there is another level you can reach. If you think there is an end result you are living from the ego’s idea of ascension and enlightenment.

Questions to ask yourself:
Who am I without definition?
Who am I without a label?
Who am I without the control or my thoughts?

Practice 1:
“I am nothing”
Or “I am”
This is a feeling, not just words.

Practice 2:
“I am not that thought, I AM”
I like to ask the ego “Is that all you have to say?”
