When his baby brother died in 1987, Eric Carter-Landin was 6 years old and living with his father in a different state.
Now, more than 30 years later, Eric is on a mission to bring justice for Jacob. He believes that his mother's boyfriend, who was watching baby Jacob at the time, should have been charged for his brother's murder.
So far, nobody has been prosecuted.
