In this week’s Strength Chat, I was joined by two strength coaches who are the founders of Data Driven Strength, Zac Robinson, and Josh Pelland. These guys put some awesome content and information out there and are always looking to refine their coaching and programming skillset when it comes to getting the best out of their lifters. I took a lot away from this chat and really enjoyed talking all things powerlifting and strength training. Therefore, in this episode, we covered how to develop a system and how to fit that system with a lifters individual differences, as well as tools for monitoring clients and how to make more informed and accurate decisions.
