Eat Burn Sleep has been formed over the past 12 years, it’s a gut health, inflammation and sustained weight loss platform that Yalda founded last year after her battle with two autoimmune conditions led her to educate herself, change her diet and lifestyle and subsequently put her conditions into remission.
